A Mother's Love, Written in the Stars

Here's something most customers don't realise: if you're creating a star map for a summer date but you're ordering in winter (or vice versa), some providers fail to account for British Summer Time. The result? The stars could be off by a full hour - and over an hour, the night sky rotates plenty enough to notice.
