The small print

How our promotions work

General terms

  • Discounts apply to the lowest-priced eligible item in your basket.
  • Qualifying offers are applied automatically at checkout.
  • One promotional discount per order unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotions cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
  • Offers are valid while stocks last and may be discontinued without notice.
  • Shipping, gift wrapping, and adhesive wall strips are excluded.

Promotional codes

  • Only current, valid codes are accepted at checkout.
  • Each code can typically be used once per customer.
  • All codes carry an expiry date. Expired codes are not accepted.
  • Some codes may require a minimum order value.
  • The second-print offer is calculated independently and cannot be combined with voucher codes.

Returns on promotional items

  • Our standard return policy applies to items bought with a promotion.
  • If you return part of a promotional order, the discount on remaining items may be adjusted.
  • Refunds reflect the actual amount paid after discounts.

Changes to promotions

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time.
  • Pricing or promotional errors will be corrected.
  • Quantities may be limited during promotional periods.
  • Orders that appear to abuse promotional terms may be refused.
