Dispatch & Processing
All orders are processed, printed, and shipped from our facility in Manchester, United Kingdom. We operate online only and do not accept walk-in customers or provide pickup services.
Personalised star maps are typically printed and ready for dispatch on the same working day. Orders placed by 3PM on working days are dispatched the same day, ensuring the fastest possible delivery to you.
Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays and our company holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Shipping Methods
International Shipping
Alongside the UK, we currently deliver to Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and the United States. Every international order ships fully tracked.
Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email and available in your account dashboard.
- For international orders, real-time tracking updates may only start once the package reaches the destination country (typically within 2-5 days).

Customs & Import Fees
Prices shown at checkout for international destinations include delivery, customs duties and import taxes. Skylit Studio prepays these on your behalf, so your order arrives with nothing to pay on delivery and no customs paperwork for you.
- The total you see at checkout is the total cost of your order. Couriers and postal services will not ask you for additional import charges.
- Because delivery duty and import taxes are prepaid as part of your order, they are non-refundable if a parcel is refused or not collected. See our Refund Policy for details.
Good to Know
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to national holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will resolve it immediately.
- We ship to the address provided during checkout.
- Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for expedited services.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
For orders placed through Google Shopping, the same shipping methods, costs, and timeframes apply as listed above.
