Order Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if:

  • The cancellation request is received within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Production has not yet begun on your custom star map
  • The order status shows "Processing" or "Pending"

After Production Begins

Once production has started on your personalized star map:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled as the item is being custom-made for you
  • You may still be eligible for our 30-day return policy if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] or 0161 399 3582
  2. Include your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. We will confirm if cancellation is possible and process any refund within 2-5 business days

Clearpay Cancellations

For orders paid with Clearpay:

  • If cancelled before production, we will process the refund and notify Clearpay
  • You may still be responsible for any Clearpay installments already charged
  • Contact Clearpay directly for specific payment plan adjustments

Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

At this time, Skylit Studio does not offer any subscription-based products or recurring billing services. All purchases are one-time transactions, including those made using Clearpay. Customers are not automatically charged on a recurring basis for any products.
