5A. Star Map Customization & Product Representation
Live Preview Accuracy: During the design process, the live preview tool shows your actual customized star map with all personalisations (location, date, time, text, colours, and styling). This live preview accurately represents your final product.
Cart & Checkout Images: In your cart and during checkout, you may see placeholder product images. However, your customizations are saved and will be created exactly as shown in your live preview during the design process.
Size Variations: Minor alignment differences may occur when different size options are selected, but all customizations and design elements will remain accurate to your live preview.
Customization Guarantee: All personalisations you configure during the design process are saved accurately and will be reflected in your final printed product, regardless of placeholder images shown in cart or product listings.

Please note that such preview requests may delay your shipment by a day.

Skylit Studio offers Clearpay as a payment method for eligible customers in the UK. Clearpay allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free instalments, due every two weeks.
By choosing Clearpay at checkout, you agree to Clearpay's Terms of Service and understand that your payment agreement is directly with Clearpay Finance Ltd. Skylit Studio is not responsible for any fees, account issues, or payment defaults that may occur through the Clearpay platform.
Eligibility criteria and credit limits apply. Clearpay is available for order totals between £1 and £1,000, and may not be available to all customers or on all products.

- Commercial use, reproduction for resale, or mass distribution of our designs requires prior written permission from Skylit Studio
- We retain all rights to the underlying design framework, astronomical data presentation methods, and proprietary design elements
Marketing & Social Media Use

- Strikes, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions affecting our suppliers or service providers

- Severe weather conditions affecting production or shipping capabilities
- Government-imposed restrictions on business operations or international trade
In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers promptly and resume normal service as soon as possible. If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected order, and we will provide a refund for any payments made for unfulfilled services.
