THE STORY
90,000 seats under a 134-metre arch, opened 2007.
The Empire Stadium — what most people now call “the old Wembley” — opened on Olympic Way in 1923 and hosted the FA Cup Final for 77 years. Its famous twin towers came down in 2003. Foster + Partners with Populous designed the replacement: a 90,000-seat bowl with the FA Cup Final, England internationals, the Champions League final and a year's worth of summer stadium concerts on its annual calendar. The defining feature is the lattice arch — 134 metres tall, 315 metres long, visible from much of north-west London.
The print you'll design centres the stadium with Olympic Way to the south, Wembley Park station to the north, and the recent developments around it — Boxpark Wembley, the London Designer Outlet, the new residential blocks — slowly turning a stadium island into a neighbourhood.

Real arch, real stadium bowl.
Most Wembley prints reduce it to an arch icon over a flat oval. This one doesn't. The stadium renders as a detailed 3D model — the bowl, the cantilevered roof, the arch lifting above it — anchored on real geographic data with Olympic Way, the surrounding developments and the railway approach. It's stylised map art rather than a photograph, but the silhouette, scale and setting are real.
Pick dawn, day or dusk for the lighting. Pick a colour theme — classic ink, ivory, midnight, monochrome and more. Tilt the camera anywhere from straight-down to near-horizon, rotate to any compass bearing, zoom to the crop you want. Every choice you make is in the print.
