What if I don't know the exact time of birth?
That's fine — most stars in the sky stay visible for hours, so the map will look essentially the same whether you choose 11:11pm or midnight. If you only know roughly ("morning", "evening"), pick anything within that window. The day matters most; the hour fine-tunes it.
Is this a good gift for milestone birthdays — 18, 21, 30, 50?
Especially for milestones. A birthday star map turns abstract years into something tangible — the actual cosmic snapshot from the day they arrived. Pair it with a frame colour that matches their home and it becomes a cornerstone gift, not a stocking-filler.
Can I add their name and the city of birth?
Yes — there's a dedicated heading line (typically the name) plus the date, the city or hospital, and up to four lines of personal message. The location text auto-populates from your search but you can override it with anything you want printed.
How fast can you deliver?
Same-day processing on orders placed before 3pm UK time. Standard UK delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch. If the birthday is tight, drop us a note in the order and we'll prioritise.
What's the most popular size for a birthday gift?
30×40cm framed in oak or black is the sweet spot — substantial enough to read across a room, not so large it dominates a wall. A4 is the most affordable and works beautifully on a desk. 50×70cm is the showstopper for milestone birthdays.
