Should I order before the baby arrives or wait?
Wait until they're here so you can use the actual date, time, and place of birth — that's what makes it personal. We process same-day if ordered by 3pm and most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days, so you can have a finished print on the wall within a week of the birth.
Is this a good baby-shower gift?
Yes — but most parents prefer to receive it after the birth so it's truly personalised to their baby. A great baby-shower alternative is to gift the parents a digital voucher and let them order it themselves once the baby arrives. Drop us a note and we can arrange that.
What if I don't know the exact time of birth?
The night sky shifts slowly, so even within a few hours the map looks essentially the same. If you only have an approximate time, that's fine. The day matters most; the hour fine-tunes it.
Which frame works best for a nursery?
Natural oak and white are the most popular for nurseries — they suit soft palettes and don't fight with toys, mobiles, or furniture. Black is striking for monochrome interiors. Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube (A4 unframed ships flat) and fit any standard frame you already have.
Can I add the baby's birth weight or length?
Yes — the personal message field takes up to four lines, so you can include weight, length, time of birth, even a parent's note. Many parents add a single short line ("You arrived 7lb 2oz at 4:14am") and let the sky speak for everything else.
