Professional and apologetic

We bought a star map for an 18th birthday which was delivered fast, properly boxed and the framed map had the finishing touches of a personalised card and ribbon. Unfortunately the background was incorrect, but Starlit were very professional and apologetic. A corrected map with all the trimmings was sent within a day and arrived the next day in time for the big event!
